All our plans include free of charge, regular one to one meetings and communication to ensure that you’re completely taken care of. This is especially important if you suffer from medical conditions too, such as type 2 diabetes.

Maybe you are aiming for rapid weight loss or for something slower and more flexible. Perhaps you’re already at a healthy weight and need help keeping the weight off.

Prices

Our pricing structure is straight forward. There aren’t any hidden costs to the weight management and diet programmes we offer.

  • On the Total Diet Replacement (TDR) its £55 per week for both females and males which includes ALL your food for that week.
  • With our Meal Replacement Programme (MRP) and other weight support options offering you dieting flexibility, the pricing depends upon the level of service you require. You may opt for a one-off purchase from our fantastic Portion Plates range (EatWell diet principles) and/or use our Meal Replacements in varying quantities. Don’t forget it is our job to guide you.

All our prices include the cost of our oversight by your weight loss consultant and any advice you need along the way.
