This data is used by the participating Waistaway pharmacy and NewWeigh for the purpose of monitoring, developing and auditing of the Waistaway pharmacy programme and offering ongoing support for long-term weight management.
The legal basis for processing this data is by written consent by each patient on the mandatory Preliminary medical screening forms, and in our legitimate interests in running the Waistaway business and programmes.

Acceptance of Orders
Payment is required in advance of processing your order. The debit or credit card details you give to us will be validated before your order can be accepted and only then will we will send you an e-mail to confirm that your order has been accepted. Please keep an email copy record. Our acceptance of your order brings about a legally binding agreement between us. Payment; in Sterling (£), will be debited to your account before dispatch of your order. We accept payment by PayPal and most debit or credit cards. All cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If your card issuer refuses to authorise payment your order will not be processed and therefore Waistaway will have no liability for fulfilling your order or delivery.
We do not store customer credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Pricing
Although Waistaway maintains accurate pricing, prices may change from time to time. The correct price will be that applied when you select an item and that price at checkout. Prices are quoted in Sterling and include VAT, where applicable. Waistaway Ltd is not VAT registered.
Delivery Policy
Orders will only be processed on receipt of an authorised payment by the electronic payment system (currently “PayPal”). It is Waistaway’s policy to process all orders placed for which funds have been received within 24 hours. Orders received before 12pm Monday to Friday inclusive (excl Bank Holidays) will be dispatched the next day and sent by MyHermes. The parcel should arrive within 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policies
If an individual receives an incomplete, damaged or delayed shipment, they should call the Order Line 03330 230 9204 with their order details. Waistaway will endeavour to make good the situation as quickly as possible depending on the nature of the problem. This endeavour is in addition to your statutory rights.
All damaged or incomplete shipments must be inspected upon delivery and claims made within 24 hours. Claims cannot be accepted after this time. If there is obvious damage to the shipment when it arrives, the individual should mark this clearly on the carrier’s documentation.
Refunds and requests to return orders are not accepted.
Substitutions Policy
Waistaway do not accept back-orders, therefore should items you require not be available, you are encouraged to select an alternative. The company has no right to substitution.
Terms of business
In the case of any incidents, claims or losses these would be settled in a UK court, in line with the jurisdiction set out in our professional indemnity policy.
Business Transfers
If Waistaway Ltd, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or in the unlikely event that Waistaway Ltd goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party.
